蜜兰香单枞是凤凰单枞十大花蜜香型珍贵名枞之一，是凤凰水仙群体中的杰出单株，属乌龙茶系列，产于广东省潮州市凤凰镇，是我国商业部评出的全国茗茶之一。无性系，小乔木，中叶类，早生种。二倍体。其成品茶有明显的甘薯“蜜味”，且芝兰花香，蜜香高锐持久，芝兰香幽雅细长，滋味醇厚回甘，有“浓蜜幽兰”特韵，饮后满口生香，极耐冲泡。汤色清澈黄亮，含有较高的氨基酸、维生素、茶多酚和生物碱等多种营养和药效成分。蜜兰香单枞茶冲泡时在几步之外便能闻其吞味，饮之回味无穷，一向以形美、色翠、香郁、味甘“四绝”而闻名。
